A note about your information.
What happens when you use this site.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver and protect each page, Cloudflare processes technical details of your request, such as your IP address and browser type.
We use Google Tag Manager to load measurement tools, such as analytics, that help us see which pages people find useful. Those tools may set cookies or similar identifiers and collect details like the pages you view, the site that referred you, your device and browser type, and your approximate location. You can block them with your browser settings or a content blocker, and the site still works.
If you write to us through the contact form, your name, email address, and message are sent to Web3Forms, which forwards them to our inbox. We use them only to read and answer your note. The form uses hCaptcha to block spam, so hCaptcha receives technical details about your browser when the check loads. If you arrived through a link with campaign tags (such as utm_source or fbclid), this browser keeps them for the current visit and the form includes them with your note, so we can see which post brought you here.
Some pages show a YouTube video that loads only when you press play. It then plays in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube’s own practices apply to that video.
If you choose light or dark mode, this browser remembers your preference. That setting is not sent to us.
The breathing practice runs in your browser. It doesn’t save your responses or send practice data anywhere.
Some pages recommend a product and link to it on Amazon or another store with a paid link. On those pages, Tag Manager loads PostHog, which counts the visit and whether the button to the store was pressed, so we can see which post sent people here. PostHog runs without cookies on this site and we don’t use it to build a profile of you. Amazon and the other sites we link to have their own practices.
